DeWayne Crocker, Jr., born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, has been singing since the age of 5. Acquiring most of his notoriety from viral social media videos with his friends (YouTube and Facebook) which have received more than 60 million views worldwide.

DeWayne started traveling and singing professionally at 16 years old. In 2015, DeWayne was presented with an

opportunity to share his God-given talent with a nationwide audience when he auditioned and was selected for Black Entertainment Television’s “Sunday Best:  Race to the Stage” show. He was one of more than 15,000 applicants from across the United States to submit a video to the competition. DeWayne’s soul-stirring rendition of “Precious Lord” garnered him a spot among 10 finalists where he was the youngest, and after an intense three-week battle between those finalists, hosted on, DeWayne was crowned the winner of the “Sunday Best: Race to the Stage” competition and made his national television debut on the Sunday Best's season finale on August 30th, 2015.

In 2017, DeWayne released his debut single: “Never Give Up.” The 23-year-old DeWayne gives all the glory to the Lord and is striving to reach his generation by exemplifying his love of Jesus Christ. “I want others to know that your dreams can

become reality. You have to stay faithful, focused, hear and follow the path that God has laid out for you. It may not be instantaneous, but it always happens at the

right time,” said DeWayne in an interview on ABC. “I was always singing at church, at school, at work, in the mall, at Walmart, but I never imagined that I would one day be singing for a nationwide audience and reaching millions of

others all over the world. Of course, I hoped and really wanted to record music with a message, but God placed the right people in my path at the right time, and

people have been blessed by my gift all over the world ever since.” In 2017 DeWayne was also presented with an opportunity to perform three songs at the wedding of the international icon and tennis star Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian. The wedding received national attention with attendees including Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Kelly Rowland, Venus Williams, and many more international figures. DeWayne recorded his first live album independently in Pensacola, Florida on October13th, 2018; The album is scheduled to release spring of 2020.  DeWayne is currently the Worship Leader at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church in Colorado Springs, CO.
